We do include the link but we also copy & paste in the announcement, press release, news item, obituary, etc. This covers all the bases.

Need to know the best practice. IS it OK to add link to obituary to the record, or should we copy-paste. Also, when we do research, we create a google doc. Should we add the link to goggle doc to constituent - in the notes? Or should we copy-paste.
