Do any of your utilize the module in BBCRM for naming opportunities? How has it worked for you? Do you use it connection with plans and opportunities or by itself? How big is your stewardship team? Have you found it to be worth the upkeep? Have you found ways to automate the upkeep?

Hi Arielle, 

My colleagues in our Prospect Management, Research, and Data Quality area use BBCRM to record naming opportunities. They shared the following: 

We document named physical spaces, such as buildings, benches, etc., under the Fundraising tab.

Scholarships, schools, and other non-physical spaces are stored in a Documentation Note. 

Neither of our methods for recording named gifts is connected to a prospect plan or an opportunity; instead, both connect directly to the constituent record.
