Greetings All,

We have received an increasing number of applications from corporations that must be filled out before we can receive a gift.   Many of these include questions related to the university's mission, DEI policies and statistics, and social responsibility in general, plus information on the university's president, CFO, and full list of board members, and so on.  For event related donations, they are requiring that we upload invitations and list sponsorship levels.  This seems like a lot of work for less than a major gift, and much of this information is already available online.  That said, my question is, who in your organization fills these out?  These applications are taking up a lot of staff time.
