At AASP Summit last year I attended a fantastic session called "How to create an amazing strategic plan for advancement services" by Nadine Francis and Sylvia Galen. A big part of their recommended strategic planning process was to survey users on operations. The goal of a survey like this is to get an idea of your current state of operations, provide evidence for prioritization, and offer a way to measure progress year-over-year.
I'm wondering if other folks have done such a survey, and if so, would you be willing to share your list of questions? Thank you!
