  • 1.  System Integrations with either Workday or Oracle Cloud

    Good afternoon everyone!

    Our campus is in the final demo and vetting of a new system for Finance/HR/Student.  We are looking at Workday or Oracle Cloud.

    I would be very interested in hearing from other orgs on their experience in building integrations with either product to their Advancement workflows.
    Of course, we gotta get those gifts over to Finance and posted to the GL.  I'm also very interested in integrations to maintain bio/demo data on 
    employees/students that we may need for segmentation and specific communications.

    We are in phase one of integration with Workday.  We also hired collaborative as consultants to help us through process evaluation and how the systems work together.  So far so good. We are supposed to be going live in July for our HR and Finance sections.  So far it seems to be going well.  The student session is just starting and that is supposed to go live next year.  Happy to discuss further if you would like.
