I'm reaching out to gather insights on how other institutions approach metrics for their gift processing teams. Specifically, we're interested in learning whether your school uses performance metrics in this area-and if so, what kinds of metrics have proven useful or meaningful.
If you're willing to share, we'd greatly appreciate hearing about:
- Whether your gift processing team is currently measured by specific metrics
- What those metrics are (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy, volume, etc.)
- How the data is collected and reported
- Any lessons learned or best practices you'd recommend
