preferred email question - Anthology/iMods

    Good morning.  Question for those that use Anthology/iMods, with preferred email addresses.

    What is your process for determining "preferred email" when you have faculty/staff who are also alumni?   We currently default to the university email for faculty/staff, however, this may be causing some confusion with faculty/staff understanding that they are "invited."  Or do you have multiple records in Anthology/iMods?

    Looking for how others are handling this.  (Reply here or privately.)
