  • 1.  Anyone using Anthology/iModules for emails

    Posted 02-27-2025 11:49 AM

    Hello –

We use Anthology Encompass (formerly iModules) for our giving forms and annual giving email platform, but not for our other email processes (like receipts, acknowledgements, pledge reminders.)  We are a BBCRM shop.

Does anyone leverage Encompass to send these types of communications?   I'd love to chat with you if so!

    Thanks!

    Hi Aimee,

We use both Anthology and Blackbaud CRM here at Georgia Tech.  We currently generate acknowledgement letters for the Office of Development via a centralized process out of BBCRM.  We are in the proess of implementing e-receipting via a Zuri Utility for the GT Office of Development as well as generating pledge reminders direct from BBCRM.  Happy to talk with you more if you are interested.

    Dwight

    Hi Dwight,

We currently produce pledge reminders out of BBCRM. The process that was set-up (before me), I find quite cumbersome, I would love to connect with you and see your process.

My colleagues on our Revenue Operations team handle these processes and would be interested in a conversation. Please let me know if I can pass along your contact information to them.

    Thanks,

We send receipts through the Encompass email function. I would be happy to talk with you.
