    Good morning,

    Can a pledge have 2 payers listed in an agreement? For instance, 2 family members or 2 neighbors pledge to fund an endowment for a total of $ dollar amount? Can they both be named in the agreement and sign it or does one have to become the legal entity for the pledge?

    You can have as many signers as you want!  However, they must be willing to specify the amounts each party is responsible for.  That is necessary to record a binding pledge.  Then you would create two pledges on each record for the amounts each party agrees to.
