Sorry if this has been brought up already, but just wanted to reach out to the Florida based non-profit community to see if/how others are incorporating the newly enacted Florida law around receiving support from "Foreign sources of concern".
Have any institutions already updated gift acceptance policies and other forms to have donor attestations to screen for donors? If so, I would love to hear the language that is being incorporated and any other steps anyone has taken to incorporate this into the gift acceptance process.
