Hello – Anyone have experience with Inzata Analytics?  https://www.inzata.com/

I am interested in learning ease of use, approximate cost, and the pros/cons of this program.

What other BI tools do you use to create visually friendly reports and dashboards?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Tracy

    Hi Tracy,

We don't have any specific experience with Inzata, but we've generally found that PowerBI is both good  and inexpensive. If you're looking to throw a BI tool on top of your advancement data warehouse, it's a great choice - so long as your report creators aren't on Macs.

Over the years we've seen a lot of froth in the BI space. Many companies like SumAll and Dash went under or were bought, and orgs that depended on them suffered a lot of disruption. There is still a lot of consolidation happening in this space, so unless you have a very narrow and specific use-case, we would generally advise selecting from the leading companies, like Microsoft, PowerBI, Qlik, Sisense, Oracle, Domo,  and SAP. Because BI is really just the tip of the iceberg of your entire data ecosystem, it's also important to move together with your IT and data governance folks when selecting a software of this type.
