Good morning,
Our University's Counseling Services Office received funding for programming from the County's Health and Human Services Office.
The funding from the county paid for services the University received from vendors. So, the University didn't officially get the money from the County, but the County paid our bill for services or access to services the University received.
How should University Advancement record this funding?
