  • 1.  Give Campus Refunds

    Greetings Colleagues,

    We went live with  GiveCampus for online giving a few weeks ago.   We noticed this week that we hadn't seen any ACH transfers for several days, despite there being many gifts showing up in GiveCampus.   We contacted Give Campus support and were advised that transfers had been halted because we issued a refund that either didn't align with a deposit, or the deposit had insufficient funds to cover. The recommendation was to contact our bank to clear Stripe for debit   or similar issues in the future will halt deposits.   GiveCampus users, have you encountered this issue?  Do you have Stripe cleared to debit your bank account?
