We recently converted from Blackbaud's The Raiser's Edge to DonorPerfect. Does anyone have a solution for running a Gift and Pledge report in DP? I am used to the "Gift Type" field in RE guiding this reporting, but in DP, "Gift Type" is really just payment type, Pledges are all on a separate tab, and Recurring Gifts are considered to be "open ended pledges", so it's hard to get the full amount of a pledge (with no installments) in a given date range together with the open ended pledge installments (with no original open-ended pledge gift record). Has anyone found a good solution to this problem if you're working in DP? I'm also chatting DP support right now, but I'd love any pointers from aaspcommunity members who have already found a viable solution. Thank you!
