For those of you that work for an institution with a subsidiary foundation or charity in the UK, who at your institution is managing that foundation?  Does anyone have any experience utilizing a third party for administration or management of the foundation or charity?  UChicago does operate a foundation in the UK and we have firms that manage our annual financial statements and audit.  However, Gift Administration is becoming increasingly involved in serving as the "go between" when addressing auditor concerns or queries over the financial statements and the annual filings of the accounts with the Charities Commission and Companies House.  We work with a great private contractor that handles our gift receipting and gift aid claims, but she doesn't offer services in this area.
