    Hi,

    Is anyone using DAFPay by Chariot? We are considering joining the early access for the GoFundMePro integration but I am trying to figure out if it's worth it. Is this something donors are familiar with and will be willing to click through? Is there concern about people who would typically give directly through their DAF (no fee for us) moving to using DAFPay to give through their DAF (2.9% processing fee for us)?

    I'd love to hear people's thoughts and experiences!

    Emory has been using DAFPay for a few months now. We had it in place for our Day of Giving back in March via Give Campus, and it was more successful than I anticipated. We're excited to try it in other campaigns to see if we can keep the momentum going. We've also used that information to do some more targeted prospect research on the folks who made gifts that way.     Hi Anne,

    We've been partners with Chariot for 18 months and I have a variety of feelings. The donor experience seems to be decent but I find the Chariot dashboard challenging to get the reports we need (or the information we need without pulling multiple reports). We also struggle with a lack of information from major partners (Schwab, Fidelity, etc) so we have to download those files, dedupe them and then enter. FundraiseUp *might* be developing something for DAFs so I'm hoping to see what they could offer.
