We are in the midst of a month long parent giving campaign via GiveCampus - the first we've had since signing up through DAFpay. We have had 4 DAF gifts indicated as coming in through that system and have had two come in, but through our already established ACH transfers from Fidelity and Raymond James (no fees attached). I plan on doing a post campaign analysis that looks at gifts via DAF during that timeframe as well. We also had no publicity around this, it's just now a visible option during checkout. If DAF day happens in October again, we may consider a branded solicitation with that theme.

Courtney, We recently initiated DAF pay through our GiveCampus. Right now, I am not sure how we are handling any fees associated with the option. But we have seen a slight uptick in DAF payments. Not huge but an increase. We have gotten 3 new donors, who have not given through DAF previously, and one completely new donor to us as a first-time gift through this option. A lot of our DAF donors give annually; we are entering their season for giving so are looking to see if they opt to it online this year.

For those of you who use GiveCampus and have started using DAFpay: could you give me some feedback? Have you noticed existing DAF payments moving to DAFpay or are they mostly people who have not previously given through their DAF? Any concerns about the fees associated with accepting DAFpay instead of direct payment?
I appreciate your insight.
Courtney
