    I only know a few who looked at them and went with a different firm. I don't know why.

    I'd ask CSC for a dozen University references (current clients). If they can't offer that many, that could tell you something.

    FWIW, they do not even have a nonprofit category on their website under "Who We Help" - CSC | Registered Agent, UCC and Compliance Services (cscglobal.com)
