We're taking a new look at the confidentiality agreements signed by our student employees, volunteers, and by campus staff who are given access to the foundation's alumni/donor data. I'd love to see the agreements that other university foundations use - I looked around the libraries here and didn't find anything relevant. If you have confidentiality agreements you would be willing to share, I'd love to see them.
We've also been discussing whether different roles should have different forms with tailored language, or whether we should have one form with broad language that's signed by everyone. I'd like to hear what other schools are doing.
