Benevity

    Benevity is requiring a SMS Texting number so they can send a security code number to verify.  However, I do not want to use anyone's personal cellphone to do this.  If that person is on vacation or leaves we will not have access to this number.  What is a way around this?

    It would be best if you chatted with your IT department. They should be able to establish texting functionality on an existing VOIP phone or other dedicated landline.

    Hi Ann,

     

    Benevity does have the functionality to set-up multiple users, this would allow you to be the primary/admin while also allowing other users to access the information from Benevity using their own login. I have found that a lot of organizations are going to the multifactor authentication rout.
