I've been following the recent sponsorship threads and have a question that's related, but a bit different.
I reached out to last year's sponsors about renewing their partnership for this fiscal year. In response, one of our sponsors said they're considering renewing but it's dependent on whether we can provide a list of constituent contact information they can use for direct marketing. This is not something we would provide them due to our constituents' privacy.
I'm wondering if there's something marketing-related we can facilitate as a benefit that would have the same intended outcome as what they proposed. Included in the sponsorship is already their logo on our website, in our biweekly newsletter, on our racing livestream platform, and in printed materials for several events during the year.
Has anyone received a similar request? Or do you have any ideas about what we might additionally be able to offer for marketing without getting into QPQ or paid advertisement?
