I am interested in learning more from anyone who has gone down the virtual engagement officer (VEO or autonomous fundraiser) road? How did you adjust your donor privacy policies and other governance policies to allow the use of a VEO? Does anyone have due diligence questions or a vendor vetting process they can share related to VEOs and/or use of AI in fundraising?

Hi Trish, 

We implemented our VEO last July. I didn't get brought in until we were ready to actually go live, so I'm not sure I can answer your questions, but I can pass your questions along to my supervisor, who was more involved in the initial stages. I'll have her send you an email.
