Hi all, interested to know if any institution has drafted or published an institution-wide policy on sending text messages. Looking for a policy that encompasses Admissions, Academic Affairs, Advising, Student Affairs, Advancement and even emergency notifications. As we embark on implementing a university-wide communication tool, we would like to leverage the brain-trust for an example document. Please feel free to respond to me on or off list.
