    Posted 04-19-2023 09:36 AM
I'm unable to access the subscription change tools associated with FundSvcs. Does anyone have the updated link? I tried searching for an updated link on advserv.org, but had no luck there either. The links at the bottom of every FundSvcs message are broken.

Any help or updated links would be appreciated.

    Thank you,

I found I had to resubscribe to the different communities on AASP I had belonged to previously. I'm not sure if there was communication I missed regarding that, but just thought I'd mention in case it wasn't just me!

There was an announcement several months ago regarding a change in platforms. That could have been a factor.

I've also discovered in many cases, folk have started using a new alias email address years after they first subscribed. They continue to get emails to the "old" address but it appears "normal."

But when people try to modify their settings, they must use the original address they subscribed with.

Anyway, glad you figured it out!

Thanks John. I wouldn't be surprised if I had missed the announcement! It could also be connected to the email address as we're shifting the domain of our email addresses although both still work.

Thanks, as always, for the info!
