We're exploring a way to recognize individuals whose involvement advances our mission but does not qualify as a charitable gift. For example, facilitating a donation, making a key introduction, or creating significant organizational value.
Has anyone implemented something similar in Raiser's Edge NXT? If so, how do you record and report it - attributes/custom fields, actions, opportunities, or another approach?
We are not sure of the best way to record this and if your organization has a tried-and-true way of tracking "recognition credit," I'd appreciate hearing how you approach it.
