For any Banner schools out there, how are you all tracking who was called by your call center/phonathon and how are you tying those back to who gave? We are now also starting to do more texting, so we are trying to find ways to track texts as well. We currently use APAMAIL and have a custom form to tie the mail codes to solicitation codes, for the mail appeals, but we need to find a way to track call and text appeals as well. If anyone has found a great way to do this, in Banner, we would really appreciate an insight/advice you have to offer.
