Hi folks - I'm looking to better understand how higher ed institutions are using term endowments. If your shop has experience with them, I'd love to hear a bit about whether you're currently offering them, the most common use cases, and what the administrative lift is like to manage (especially over time). Any insight into how they're structured (duration, triggers, end-of-term treatment, spending, etc.) would also be helpful. And if anyone is willing to share sample agreement language, I'd really appreciate it.
