    Does anyone have a good survey tool. I was tasked with setting up a survey with a list of 300 event invitees (names only) to send to our board to rank if they know the invitee and if they are willing to make an introduction.  I don't think I can do this in Survey Monkey.  Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    You can do this in Surveymonkey with a Checkbox question: https://help.surveymonkey.com/en/surveymonkey/create/checkbox/

    The question is 'Check off any person you can introduce us to', and the answers are all the names - you can bulk import them. You can limit the number of people each person can check, if you only want them to select up to 10 or 20 people or whatever.
    If you need to ask 'do you know' AND 'can you intro' you can do that as two questions. The first is the same as the above, except you ask 'do you know.' You then use the 'carry forward responses' option, and ask 'who can you introduce us to?' and select 'use previous answer choice' to limit the options to only the people they selected that they knew in the previous question.
