Thank you for your response - we use Salesforce. I am looking more for protocols for gift acceptance, soft-crediting, anonymity and more. I would love to see what others have already created, so I can build from what is already out there to fit our needs and culture.

Also, a "Standard Operating Procedure" as essentially a guide for entering data into your CRM. When you use the term SOP, is that what you are looking for? Or, perhaps, something that doesn't discuss entry procedures as much as it does institutional policies and protocols for gift acceptance, soft-crediting, anonymity, hold-account policies, etc. These ar often largely customized based on your institution's culture and, sometimes, politics.
