Just wondering if anyone is giving deceased donors soft credit when their bequest is realized - regardless of whether there was a booked bequest expectancy or not.

    Thanks!

They should get hard credit. There is no need to create a separate Estate record. Simply create an alias name on the person record for "Estate of" and record the realized bequest there.
