My team and I are interested in hiring a consultant who can help evaluate our operational process in gift management and donor relations, with a particular eye toward ensuring we are consistent with industry best practices.
May I ask if any of you have created RFPs for this kind of work before? And if so, would you be willing to share any examples of RFPs you've sent to consultants?
