    Hi all,
    If anyone here is using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, my team and I would love to pick your brains about your experience. 

    Bonus points if:

    a) you switched over from iModules
    b) SMC is being used by multiple departments under one instance, so multiple business units under the main parent one
    b) you use Ellucian CRM Advance 
    c) you're using Give Campus for donations and event management

    Hi Abby, I'm just catching up on emails and seeing this question. We migrated from imodules to Marketing Cloud and I'm happy to share any insights with you.

    We use both Ellucian Advance and an university-wide SalesForce CRM org. We have a data warehouse that combines our data for reporting purposes, but currently marketing cloud's only data source is SalesForce, which is limiting for us. But the entire university uses marketing cloud, not just Institutional Advancement.

    We do not use GiveCampus.
