All,
It occurred to me that I cross posted the original message on FundSvcs and the Advancement Development Systems and CRMs community, but I only posted the below on the Advancement Development Systems and CRMs community. So, in case anyone is not subscribed to both communities...
I've had the survey out for about 10 days now, and it doesn't look like there are going to be any other responses. Thanks to all those who took the survey and provided feedback. It's been helpful as we move into our Salesforce journey.
As promised, I've compiled the 10 responses I got (probably not statistically significant, but helpful nonetheless). Please find them in the attached PDF.

Subject: Salesforce Choices and Lessons Learned
All,
Lehigh has recently completed our RFP process for a new CRM, and we have a chosen a Salesforce-based system, specifically UC Innovation's ascend. Now that we're finalzing a contract/SOW/implementation plan, we have many choices to make around single-org vs. multi-org, integration tools, backup solutions, document generation solutions, address verification solutions, etc... As such, I'm hoping to poll the collective wisdom of those who have implemented Salesforce-based solutions before us to find out what you're using and what lessons you've learned.
If you currently use, or are implementing, a Salesforce-based CRM (regardless of which partner -- or no partner -- you went with), I would very much appreciate if you could complete the following short survey:
https://lehigh.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cub3Gc0yPt4e3hs
I'm happy to share the results back with this group once I get a critical mass of answers.
Thanks in advance.
