  • 1.  RocketReach - Data information

    Posted 01-22-2024 01:29 PM

I looked through archives here but did not see anything so am asking - Does anyone have experience with using Rocket Reach for addresses/emails/phones etc....

we are looking at our options for research and I am wondering if any of you or your offices are using this and what your thoughts are.

    Thanks in advance

I use RocketReach to find email addresses. It's very convenient but don't expect 100% accuracy. It seems to me it's sometimes giving you an actual email address harvested from the internet and sometimes it's guessing what someone's work email address is.

RockReach claims an 85% accuracy rate. I use it along with ZoomInfo.

    Hi Paula...

My understanding is that Rocket Reach does perform some "creation of emails" - that is, it uses patterns for certain companies and then generates email addresses based on those patterns.  For example, Terry @ Zurigroup would be easy to create.

If you are planning to use Rocket Reach, I would suggest validating the email addresses prior to entry in your CRM.  Perhaps the development officer reaches out via email and confirms the email address if there is a response.

I know many development offices use Rocket Reach and find it very helpful, I would simply suggest validation prior to entry in the CRM.
