We are in the process of rebuilding our prospect research and management function from reactive to proactive. I would love to hear from folks in this space to understand what type of research you would typically provide to a fundraiser during the Qualification stage. I am of the mindset that my team may be providing too much information to our fundraisers at this stage and would welcome hearing from others!
