Hello everyone,

I searched the archives and found a few similar questions, but I didn't see any responses.

Because of updated ADA compliance requirements that take effect next spring, we'll need to replace our current receipting vendor.

We currently use the platform for:

• Daily gift receipts (email and print/mail)
• Annual tax statements (email and print/mail)
• Some postcard mailings, such as first-time donor, memorial thank yous, etc.

Our process involves uploading spreadsheets to the platform for each project type, which then segments records for different branding, communication types, and delivery methods.

We're currently a Raiser's Edge shop, but that could change in the future. Because of that, we're looking for a solution that is not tied to a specific CRM and can work with either Raiser's Edge or Salesforce.

Does anyone have a platform they would strongly recommend? Conversely, are there any vendors you'd advise avoiding (or would like to provide areas to be aware of)?
