We're reviewing vendors who help facilitate gifts of real estate, similar to vendors who provide this service for vehicle donations. Is anyone partnering with a vendor who provides this real estate donation service, and would be willing to share their experience and general terms? Or, if you handle gifts of real estate within your organization, what's the staff impact?
