Hello!

I am trying to revamp our multi-year multi-fund pledge reminder process using either RE or RE NXT, because our current one is a misery. We currently use a different RE fund for each fiscal year annual fund (don't start, it was in place for decades before I arrived), so a multi-year annual fund pledge would comprise of multiple individual pledges. When you combine that to multiyear pledges to a single fund (building fund or endowment), I end up with an absolutely enormous export (this fall's data went to EH in excel), and it's an extremely manual, tedious process that never quite adds up or something is left off.

My other organizations (all on Ellucian Advance) had what seemed like a much simpler process to me. Any RE gurus willing to take a few minutes to walk through a process with me?
