Hello! Apologies for using this platform for this type of question, but I am getting desperate for answers. For the last 3 months, I have been experiencing freezing issues in RE database view. It has been intermittent throughout the Summer. It fixes itself and works fine without any issues for a couple of weeks at a time and then it'll start freezing again. I am able to log in without issues, but the freezing starts after 5 mins. I have already spoken countless times to Blackbaud Support without a resolution. The last piece of advice was to uninstall and reinstall and old version of Citrix, but that didn't work. My own IT department has tried everything they know to try, I have called AT&T (my service provider) to see if something may be related to the Wifi at home or firewalls or if there is anything they could see, but all clear on their side. I work remotely for a majority of my time and go to the office a few days a week and it works from there, it's just at home that I am experiencing the freezing issues. Thank you for your help!
