Hello,
My org is trying to put some structure around our planned giving program and I was wondering if anyone has any examples of forms used to collect information from donors to help us better record and recognize the gift. If there are other resources that are helpful for planned giving, I'd love to see those too! I'm pretty new to it but lots of our fundraisers are interested in hitting the ground running.
