I recall seeing a thread on this a while back, but I can't find it now. I am wondering if there are best practice recommendations in the area of (in our case) alumni opt-out coding -- ex. Do not email; Do not phone, or text, or mail, etc. Aside from the "Do not Contact at all" coding, do any suggest putting a time limit/expiration date on any of the codes? Do you revisit the coding with the alumni directly after a time to give them an opt back in option?
