I continue to check for newer versions of IRS Publications. In particular, 1771 and Form 8282 which are overdue for updates. All I found today was an updated 561 (dated 2/26/2026), but it had already been re-released in December, 2025. I suspect they corrected some typos.
I will check again in early April. Attached is the latest list of documents, versions, and revision dates.
