Need help with finding the portal or website for National Charitable Services.  I've not heard of them and aren't part of our ever-growing list of portals to go to get donor information.  We've received a small donation in our bank and the only thing showing on the detail is "NatlCharitblSvcs"

    Thank you

    Chris

This could be the Fidelity affiliated company providing security services:

Thanks, John.  I kept seeing Fidelity pop up in my web searches but I ignored it!  I'll start down that rabbit hole!

I am only making an educated guess. If the provider included a donor name I would contact them next and inquire where the gift originated.

    John,

Unfortunately, no donor name (of course).  I did reach out and it is part of Fidelity Charitable and they let me know in order to see the donor information I'd need to log in to our Stripe account.  Once logged in I switched to the National Charitable Services account and donor information was there.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, as always!!

    Chris

We just got a gift with the same "NatlCharitblSvcs" detail; I'm gla we're not the only ones who were stumped! Thank you, Christine, for inquiring and John for pointing us in the right direction!

Did you create a new donor record for National Charitable Services or put the gift under Fidelity Charitable?

National Charitable Services is a subsidiary of Fidelity, which handles processing activities. However, National Charitable Services is not the legal donor; Fidelity Charitable is. Therefore, there's no need to create a record for them.
