    Greetings All,

    I've been following the discussion regarding the new MasterCard rules with great interest.  Does anyone have access to the original AN 4934 bulletin referenced in the FAQ?  I know there are multiple sites that provide a break down of the information, but it would be helpful to have the source material.  I'm not able to access it from MasterCard Connect site.
