I'm looking for perspectives from institutions using Advance that process gifts toward an affiliated foundation.
What combination of transaction type/special handling/giving codes/JVs are you using to accomplish the following:
1) Record the transactions so donors can be stewarded
2) Receipt appropriately
3) Avoid counting in fundraising or cash
4) Move funds reliably and accurately to Agency account
We are looking to revamp our process and are seeking industry best practices. Let me know what other details I can provide to help you answer!
