Dear Colleagues, 

I have a donor who has agreed to gift us a parcel of land and we will in turn sell the land to endow a scholarship for the donors. We will use our legal staff to finalize the land transfer to us. The title company wants to build in the gift agreement with details I normally do not include in our standard gift agreement. Does anyone have a standard agreement they would be willing to share with me? Thanks much!
