We recently transitioned to LawVu for collaboration, storage, and process flow for donor agreements and all other contracts. It also has DocuSign integration built in, so we've largely gone paperless as a result. It's been a great improvement for our DOs and legal team, as well as donors and campus partners. We did need to do some heavy customization however, so it comes with a significant cost.
LawVu also allows pretty refined control of user access on a per-document or document category basis, so we can control who accesses and can edit them.
