Hi everyone,
Currently, NMF is undergoing a lot of growth. While that means great things for our departments, we have a need to flesh out how we steward each type of donor. For us, that includes more than the receipt and a possible thank you/custom letter.
Do any of you have any stewardship matrices that include tribute notification letters, pledge reminders, or things of that nature? We are looking to define what VIP donors receive versus what a mid-level donor might receive and what is live signed versus what has an e-signature.
