Does anyone have a gift agreement template or example of wording that could be used for the following situation:
The donors want to endow a scholarship fund with our minimum gift amount but in addition and in perpetuity they would like to make an annual pledge to supplement the available funds for the annual award. I'm assuming one gift agreement can suffice but let me know if you think there should be one for the endowment gift and one for the expendable supplemental portion.
And, how do folks handle a pledge in perpetuity?
