    Hello out there,

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo is in the process of transitioning our endowment management software from a home-grown system to Fundriver.

Our endowment fees are assessed on a sliding scale. For example, a $3M endowment is charged at one rate on the first $1M, with a slightly lower rate applied to the remaining $2M.

I am not working directly with Fundriver, but I have been informed that the system may not support tiered or sliding-scale fee calculations. If that is the case, we would need to calculate fees manually each month and then import them into Fundriver, which is clearly not a practical long-term solution.

If this understanding is correct, I would appreciate hearing how others have addressed this issue or implemented workarounds.

Thank you in advance for any insight you're willing to share.

    Best regards,

Good morning, Anita - we also have a tiered endowment fee and it is built in Fundriver. Our CFO who handled our conversion to Fundriver and build out is glad to chat with you next week if you want to discuss. I am glad to connect you both.
